Q. Is everything handmade?
Yes, all of our products are handmade in a clean and sterile environment.

Q. Are any of your products edible?
Despite the delicious scents, we do not have any edible products at this time.

Q. My body butter melted, can I still use it?
Absolutely! Body butters are safe to use if they have melted, but will lose their shape and possibly colour. You can refrigerate them for 30 minutes or freeze them for 15 minutes and re-whip them using a fork until it becomes light and airy again.

Q. My order has been marked as delivered but hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
I would recommend waiting another 1-2 business days before contacting the carrier to file a claim.

Q. My tracking information says pre-shipment?
When your tracking status shows it’s in pre-shipment, your order has been packed and you’ve been sent a tracking number but your item hasn’t been received by the carrier yet.

Q. What is the shelf life of my product?

Q. What are your processing and delivery times?
Our orders are processed between 1-5 business days and delivery can take an additional 3-14 days.

Q. What’s the difference between order processing time and shipping time?
Order processing time is the time it takes to package and drop off your order to the carrier. Shipping time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your items.

Q. What is your refund policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Please refer to our refund policy page for more information.

Petals of Pandora is located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Q. Can I change my address after I placed an order?
You must email us immediately at petalsofpandora@gmail.com before the tracking information is sent.

Q. Can I cancel my order after my purchase was made?
Yes, you may cancel your order before you have received your tracking information. If you received a tracking number already, your order has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.

Q. When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday.

Q. What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded back to your original payment method on the products you purchased, minus the costs of shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Q. Do your products contain nuts?
Yes, some of our products contain coconut oil and sweet almond oil. Please refer to the ingredients list for more information.

Q. How do I test your products to ensure their suitability for my skin?
If you are concerned that your skin may break out or if you are prone to skin sensitivity, please do a small patch test before use on a larger area.

Q. My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders are dropped off with the shipping carrier, they are the responsibility of the carrier with record being your tracking information. All customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier and follow their instructions.

Q. My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage. Once orders are dropped off to the shipping carrier, the package becomes their responsibility. All customers claiming they have a damaged package must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
